How do I apply for an apartment?
You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by clicking here. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.

When is the leasing office open?
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Sunday: Closed

Yes, we have ample parking. Contact us for more information.
Do you have an on-site laundry facility?
We have 5 onsite Laundry Facilities. Some homes have Washer & Dryer Connections. Contact the Office for more details.
The property is pet friendly, right? Are there any breed restrictions?
Yes, we are pet friendly! We ask that all pets weigh under 75 pounds.
Do you have a maintenance staff?
Yes, we have maintenance available during office hours, as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance service.
Do I have to be a student to live here?
No, you do not.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes–$250.
How do I pay rent?
You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at the leasing office during business hours, or you can pay online!
When is rent due? When is it late?
Rent is due by the 3rd of the month at midnight. It will be considered late starting on the 4th of the month.
What if I have an emergency maintenance issue?
Not to worry! We have 24-hour emergency maintenance service available to all residents.
